succulent and tender meat
We have a flock of approximately 100 North Country Mule ewes which we cross with a Texel ram giving us great quality lean, succulent and tender meat all year round. We usually lamb in late March and keep the ewes and lambs in the barn until they have bonded. Once old enough, they are let out into fields at Noah’s Ark to enjoy the spring grass. We sell the lambs at the farmers’ markets and provide a large variety of joints and cuts as well as lamb and mint burgers and gluten free spicy lamb sausages. If more specific cuts are required please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Lambs can also be purchased as a whole or half lamb, cut as required and packed ready for the freezer – please contact us for more details.

Collection is from Noah’s Ark Farm, New Milton, BH25 5QF on either Good Friday (19th April) between 09:00-17:00 or on Easter Saturday (20th April) between 09:00-17:00. Alternatively, we will be at the Emsworth Farmers’ Market on Easter Saturday between 10:00-14:00.
